This is made entirely out of my sons old jeans, from when he was about 8. I found a pile of his these small jeans that I tucked away, but the panels were to small for most of my projects. These jeans have no stretch in them, so they are perfect for these raw edges. Although I also found out that my pinking shears are definitely dull. I have done the same wreath in in felt, and found that denim works just as well, but the "leaf"pieces need to be smaller. To make this I cut about 2" strips of denim, folded it in half and then cut out leaves. I tried a few different sizes but think 2" - 3" leaves work the best. I'm not sure how I feel about the polka dot bow, but that's an easy fix.
